Jhariya Ananturja Private Limited (JAPL) is an Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Amunra Infratech Private Limited (Amunra) and has been specifically incorporated to oversee the development, construction, and operation of the Jhariya PSHP. The company is responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including obtaining necessary clearances, securing funding, and coordinating with government bodies and stakeholders. Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP) has allotted the 1620 MW Jhariya Pumped Storage Hydro Project (PSHP) to M/s. Amunra Infratech Private Limited (Amunra).
