•Ensure total compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and other requirements concerning Occupational Health, Safety and Environment.
•Ensure continual improvement in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management Systems
•Enhance Occupational Health, Safety and Environment awareness amongst employees, customers and suppliers by proactive communication and training.
•Develop a culture of safety through active leadership and provide appropriate training at all levels to enable employees to fulfil their Health, Safety and Environmental obligations.
•Allocation of adequate resources for the HSE function to fully implement the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policy of the company.
•Incorporate appropriate Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental criteria into business decisions for selection of plant, technology and services as well as appointment of key personnel.
•Adopt and integrate systems in coordination with clients organisational requirements, specific projects to overall effectiveness of HSE systems.
